I bought this product to entertain my twin 1.5 year olds and their visiting 4 and 6 year old cousins. Everyone played together happily, coloring the walls and peeking out the windows. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of interesting features they incorporated into this cardboard creation. With so many kids playing with it and the how young my daughters are, this castle lasted far longer than I thought it would. A bunch of tape at the connecting pieces and at strategic reinforcement points really help. The lack of a floor means that the shape of the castle gets deformed easily, so taping the floor flaps at the corners help too. Eventually humidity made the castle a bit too floppy to maintain, but I think this was well worth the price and have also bought the cottage for their cousin's next visit. (Posted on 1/2/12)

Excellent Castle Playhouse! Review by Susie

We bought the castle for our grandchildren to play in while they visit with us. They love it!! It is so easy to assemble. We kept the shipping box, and take it apart & put it back in the box for storage until their next visit!! It's been up/played with/disassembled about 3 times so far, and no tears in the cardboard. The kids use their imagination, and they call it their "animal hospital", "school"' etc! SOOO much fun! We highly recommend it! (Posted on 10/16/11)

Hours of fun! Review by Candyland

I bought this for my son's candyland themed birthday party. I assembled it inside out (to look more like a gingerbread candy castle) and glued paper candy cutouts to the castle. I left a basket of crayons, glue sticks, and more paper candy cut outs for the kids to decorate his "candy castle" . It was a big hit-the kids loved it! They played in it, colored, or decorated it the whole party! I will certainly order more cardboard playhouses for future parties! (Posted on 4/8/11)

I bought this castle for my son's 3rd birthday party. He really didn't like it due to the fact the windows are too short and he couldn't see out of them. He is an average sized boy and I think this is a definite design flaw. (Posted on 2/12/11)

Big hit at my daughter's Princess birthday party Review by The Freebie Junkie

We brought in Princess Belle to entertain at my daughter's Princess party and the Medieval castle stole the show. The castle is huge and entertained ten 4-6 year old perfectly. Plus it withheld the excitement and is now in our basement and the kids head to play in the castle as soon as they come down the stairs. A must have for birthday parties! (Posted on 2/11/11)
